...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...

.DISCUSSION...
A slow-moving line of showers and thunderstorms will move into
the area from the west around midday, and precipitation should
linger through mid afternoon. Until then, breezy, warm and humid
conditions will continue this morning with south to southeast
winds of 10-15 MPH. A moist airmass will keep this afternoon`s min
RH around 85%. Scattered showers and storms will redevelop
overnight into Friday morning. A cold front will bring a shift to
north winds during the day Friday.
