.DISCUSSION...
Precipitation-free conditions are ongoing at this time in the
vicinity of the incident, however, this is expected to change in
the coming hours. A few showers and storms are expected to develop
by 1400, posing a risk for lightning and brief heavy rain. Severe
weather is not expected.

Light winds between 3-5 mph out of the southeast are ongoing, with
a slight uptick in wind speeds by 1300. Winds should remain below
10 mph through the rest of today. The one exception will be if a
shower or storm develops in the vicinity of the incident, then
erratic wind can be expected with quickly shifting direction and
speed.

The highest likelihood for precipitation will be from 1400 to
1900, however, an isolated shower or storm cannot be ruled out
through the night. Similarly, brief heavy rain and lightning will
be the main threats.

Another burst of precipitation may develop tomorrow morning,
generally between 0700-1200. Overall, coverage should remain
isolated to scattered, therefore, rain chances will be around 40%
during the morning hours. Winds will be out of the northeast at
or below 5mph. A few additional showers and storms may develop
tomorrow afternoon, however, probability of precipitation will
drop below 20%.
