.DISCUSSION...
Abundant moisture has arrived ahead of today`s rain chances with
afternoon minimum RHs around 50%. Southeasterly winds are going
this morning with occasional gusts around 20 mph. Once
thunderstorms develop later today, stronger gusts will be possible
with erratic wind directions expected.

The highest rain chances will arrive late tonight into Thursday
morning as line of showers and storms moves in from the west.
Heavy rain may lead to instances of flash flooding.
