.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry weather will transition into a more humid pattern with
a slight chance of showers and storms late Tuesday through
Wednesday as TS Edouard works its way northeast into Central
Texas. Tonight`s low in the mid to upper 70s will create a max RH
around 80% at daybreak Tuesday. Tuesday`s high in the upper 90s
will coincide with a min RH around 40%. Winds will be mainly out
of the southeast and fairly light, but will back to a more east
direction Tuesday afternoon and evening as the remnants of Edouard
affect the wind field. Rain chances are low for Tuesday, but
