.DISCUSSION...
Expect temperatures to rise over the next couple of hours to a
peak of 104, while humidity drops to a minimum of around 26%.
While nearby observations currently show north-northeast winds
around 5-10 mph, winds should settle out of the south-southeast
within the next hour or two. An outflow boundary remains to the
north, and should remain north of the fire. However, there is a
very low (<10%) chance that it could be pushed further south
closer to the fire if storms develop along it. No rain chances or
abrupt wind shifts are forecast for today.

Overnight, expect temperatures to drop to 79, while humidity
poorly recovers to around 72%. Southerly winds 5-10 mph will shift
out of the SW near daybreak, before returning to the south in the
early afternoon. Tomorrow will again be hot with low humidity.
Highs will peak around 105 and humidity will drop to around 24%.
Winds will largely remain out of the south-southeast with speeds
around 5-10 mph. There is a very low (10%) chance for an isolated
thunderstorm near the fire tomorrow evening, between 7-10
PM. Any storm could produce strong, erratic downburst winds and
lightning.
