.DISCUSSION...
Dry and chilly conditions are expected Monday morning with a low
around 30 degrees. Temperatures will warm into the upper 50s to
lower 60s in the afternoon as humidity values drop to around 20
percent. Winds will remain light from the north through the
afternoon before they shift to the east-southeast after 8-9 pm.
Not much recovery will occur overnight as the humidity values
remain between 54-58 percent. Tuesday will be breezy with
southwest winds around 15-20 mph gusting to near 20-25 mph in the
afternoon. The minimum RH values will drop again to 25-30 percent.
