.DISCUSSION...

Thursday will start off with a low of 71 degrees. Mostly sunny
skies will allow temperatures to peak in the mid 90s. Slightly
drier air will keep afternoon heat index values below Heat
Advisory criteria, but will peak around 99 degrees. No rain
chances are forecast for Thursday.

Friday temperatures will fare similar with a low of 72 and a high
of 94. Expect mostly sunny skies. Afternoon heat index values
will peak around 101. There are low chances for storms to the
north of the specified location, closer between the I-20 corridor
and towards the Red River. The location will likely remain dry
and un-impacted by any storms on Friday.
