...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and storms will continue to develop and move
across the area the rest of this afternoon and into the evening.
While the better chances for rain will be east of the Waco area,
storms may still impact the incident location occasionally through
the afternoon. A larger complex of storms will likely impact the area
after 7 PM. Lightning and pockets of heavy rain can be expected.
There is also a potential for strong to marginally severe storms
with isolated hail and gusty winds (40-60 mph) possible. Rain
chances will decrease Thursday morning as most of the overnight
activity shifts to the east.
