.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry conditions will persist the rest of the day with a
high temperature near 102 degrees. South to southeast winds
around 8 to 12 mph can be expected with occasional gusts near 15
to 20 mph this afternoon and evening. Humidity values will
continue to drop to 22-25% by 2-3 pm with a mixing height near
9400 ft.

Winds will weaken slightly late this evening with sustained
speeds of 5 to 8 mph overnight, while relative humidity recovers
to near 75-80% under continued clear skies. The SE winds this
evening will become more due southerly overnight, then become SSW
for a couple of hours early Monday morning. Intermittent gusts to
15 mph will be possible overnight. Winds will return to due
southerly midday Monday, becoming SE in the afternoon around 5 to
10 mph. Gusts Monday will range from 12 to 16 mph, with a high
near 100 and relative humidity again dropping to 25-28%.
