            city limit. Wills Point Fire and Edgewood
            Fire working multiple calls for flooding of
            stranded occupants in vehicles on Highway
            80. They were working to get Highway 80 shut
            down.

            with stranded motorists in Balch Springs.
            Several houses with water inside, unknown
            depth. Numerous side streets flooded.
