.DISCUSSION...
With southwest flow in the upper levels of the atmosphere and
sufficient moisture in place near the surface, relative humidity
values are expected to remain above 30 percent, and light to
moderate surface winds will continue. Scattered thunderstorms will
occur each afternoon through at least Tuesday night, with wetting
rain most likely south of HWY 2 on Sunday night.
