.DISCUSSION...A cold front will move south across the region this
afternoon and tonight. There will be chances for showers and
thunderstorms at times today near the Canadian Border while the
remainder of the region will be hot and dry. Showers and
thunderstorms will become widespread across the region this
evening and tonight as the cold front moves to the south. Gusty
and erratic winds will be possible near storms. Widespread wetting rain
will continue on Tuesday and diminish on Wednesday with much
cooler temperatures.
