...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Mainly minor flooding caused by earlier excessive rainfall
  is expected. Rain has ended across the advisory area.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and south central Nebraska,
  including the following counties, in east central Nebraska, York.
  In south central Nebraska, Clay, Fillmore and Hamilton.

* WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
  also possibly along rural county roads and small creeks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 520 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fallen
    across the advisory from earlier thunderstorms. Minor
    flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen, no
    additional rainfall is expected this morning.
  - This includes, but is not limited to, the following streams
    and drainages...
    West Fork Big Blue River, Indian Creek, Beaver Creek, North
    Fork Johnson Creek and School Creek.
  - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
    Henderson, Exeter, Fairmont, McCool Junction, Giltner,
    Grafton, Stockham and Lushton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
