Surface winds are currently out of the SE, but are forecast to
turn more easterly after 2-3PM through around sunset. Wind speeds
will generally decline as the turning happens. Winds should turn
to the NW by around 7-8PM. It is quite possible that winds are
simply light and variable in the 5PM-8PM time frame as a surface
low pressure moves nearly directly overhead.

Confidence in a SPECIFIC wind direction is LOW in the 5PM-8PM
time frame, but confidence is HIGH that speeds will be light,
around 4-8 MPH. Confidence is medium to high that the primary wind
direction will be northwesterly after 9PM and remain that way
through the remainder of the night.
