Scattered thunderstorms are forecast to redevelop this afternoon and, once again, continue into the overnight hours. Some of this activity could be severe, with quarter size hail and wind gusts around 60 MPH being the primary threats, mainly between 4PM and 10PM. This flood watch is for areas generally along and northwest of a line extending from Beaver City to Grand Island to Silver Creek, Nebraska. Please see the latest flood watch message for additional information. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Non-severe thunderstorms may linger into Thursday morning east and southeast of the Tri-Cities. Periodic thunderstorm chances return to the forecast Saturday night into early next week. It is too soon to determine the potential for severe weather. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...Spotters are encouraged to report any thunderstorm-related severe weather that might occur over the next few days, including hail at least 1 inch in diameter, wind gusts around 60 MPH or higher, and also any flooding. && More information may be obtained at the following web page: https://www.weather.gov/hastings $$ Rossi
