PWATs will continue to lower across the region today which
explains why models are showing hardly any precip across the
area. Daytime heating may allow a very isolated shower, maybe a
quick storm, over the San Juans and the Continental Divide over
the coming days but widespread coverage will not occur. Plenty
of sunny skies will be the rule as temperatures run about 5 to
10 degrees above more seasonal norms. The next chance for more
widespread precip looks to be the end of the week, heading into
the weekend. Another monsoonal push of moisture may occur which
will bring a return to more isolated to scattered convection.
This far out though, confidence remains low.

Expect VFR conditions with middle to high scattered clouds
through the TAF period. Winds will be generally downslope
overnight, becoming west to southwest after 18z with gusts to
20 kts. Isolated showers and possible thunderstorms may develop
over the San Juan Mountains and over the Central Divide.
