Rockslides and mudslides are possible in the mountains. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Tropical moisture will stream northward into the region on Thursday, bringing widespread heavy rain and increasing the threat of flash flooding across portions of southeastern Utah and southwest Colorado.
