Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. An additional 0.5 to 1.00 inch of rain is possible over the warned area overnight. High flows will continue in creeks, streams and rivers overnight. Sections of state highways, county roads and forest service roads may experience washouts. - This includes the following streams and drainages along the San Juan, Navajo River, Rio Blanco, Rito Blanco and Mill Creek - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
