Widespread critical fire weather conditions continue today with
Red Flag warnings in place over southeast UT and portions of
western CO. Winds will gust 35 to 45 mph this afternoon, then
begin to subside late tonight behind a cold front that will shift
winds northwesterly. Wetting rains are not expected. Cooler and
dry conditions Tuesday and Wednesday will yield to afternoon
showers and thunderstorms on Thursday and beyond.
