.DISCUSSION... Despite strong southwesterly wind gusts up to
30 to 40 mph in the afternoon today and tomorrow, critical fire
weather conditions are not expected except for a few very
localized areas. Incoming moisture associated with a storm system
will bring widespread precipitation. Chances for wetting rains
increase tonight, mostly over the high terrain, spreading to lower
elevations overnight. After the passage of the system on Saturday
evening, dry air begins to return.
