.DISCUSSION...The risk for heavy rainfall and flash flooding
continues through this evening. Dry air begins to move into the
region on Thursday. This will dampen the risk of flash flooding,
but afternoon convection remains likely as it will take a couple
of days to scour remnant moisture out of the atmosphere. In
general, look for warming temperatures, decreasing RH, and
decreasing chances for showers and storms late this week into the
weekend.
