overhead with an inversion staying in place. This will limit
mixing as the mixing height will remain around 2K feet, give or
take. Winds will remain fairly light, with maybe an occasional
higher gust in the afternoon, as they become southwesterly in the
afternoon. Poor smoke dispersal continues with no chance for any
precip.
