.DISCUSSION...A disturbance moving across the area Thursday from
the south will bring increasing chances of rain and snow showers
with little in the way of accumulation. Winds will remain weak
aloft as not much forcing is expected, which will continue to
result in low mixing heights and poor smoke dispersal through the
end of the week.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Rain showers
                    likely and slight chance of snow showers.
CWR.................30 percent.
Max temperature.....40-45.
Min humidity........71-76 percent.
