.DISCUSSION...Warm, dry conditions continue today with RH in the
low to mid teens and breezy westerly winds. High based showers
and thunderstorms will move up from the southwest capable of
producing outflow gusts over 50 mph. Isolated to scattered
showers will continue through the overnight hours with the cloud
base lowering resulting in weaker outflow gusts 30-40 mph.
Thursday will see 50% chances for showers and thunderstorms
through the afternoon and evening with increased chances for
wetting rain.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (20-30 percent) then becoming partly
                    sunny (50-60 percent). Areas of smoke through
                    the day. Isolated showers and dry thunderstorms
                    in the afternoon.
CWR.................<10 percent.
Max temperature.....87-92.
Min humidity........12-17 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 10 mph shifting to the west 15
                    mph with gusts to around 25 mph in the
                    afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds expected
                    near thunderstorms in the afternoon.
