limited mixing and poor smoke dispersal. A disturbance will move
south of the area with some isolated showers possible. Better
chance of snow showers exists Wednesday into Thursday with fair
smoke dispersal at times although winds remain rather light.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (60-70 percent). Slight chance of
snow showers in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....36-41.
Wind (20 ft)........South winds 5 to 10 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (16000-25000 knot-ft).
