next several days as conditions remain favorable for heavy rain
producing showers and thunderstorms. Rainfall rates in excess of an
inch per hour will be possible creating conditions favorable for
flash flooding on the burn scars. A Flood Watch is in effect this
afternoon through tomorrow evening as a result.
