.DISCUSSION...
Rain and rainshowers are expected through the day, through
tonight, and again tomorrow. Some embedded thunderstorms are also
possible. There will be lulls in rain from time to time, however.
A Flood Watch is in effect from 6am this morning through 6am
Wednesday as flash flooding concerns have increased. If heavier
rain does setup over the burn scar, mud and debris flows may be
possible. Dry conditions will start moving in Wednesday evening.
