  Yampa River Basin, Animas River Basin, Four Corners/Upper Dolores
  River, Paradox Valley/Lower Dolores River, San Juan River Basin,
  Central Colorado River Basin, and Debeque to Silt Corridor.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
