.Critical fire weather conditions will redevelop across portions
of northwest Colorado this afternoon and evening under dry
southwest flow aloft.

THIS EVENING FOR WIND, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND DRY FUELS FOR
NORTHWEST COLORADO FIRE WEATHER ZONE 200...

* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 200 Little
  Snake Forecast Area.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 13 percent.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be favorable for the rapid ignition,
  growth, and spread of fires. Agricultural burning is strongly
  discouraged.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
