For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Most of the region will warm well above normal today as high pressure
builds in from the west. High temperatures today will trend 5 to 10 degrees
above normal for mid-December. A frontal boundary glancing northwest
Colorado will deliver scattered rain and high elevation snow showers to the
northern Colorado mountains today and tonight. Dry weather moves in for the
rest of the week with temperatures warming to 15 to 20 degrees above normal
this weekend.
