synopsis
Today will see isolated showers and thunderstorms over the higher terrain,
mainly north of I-70, with temperatures a few degrees above normal.
Moisture starts to increase by midweek, resulting in increasing coverage of
showers and thunderstorms, becoming widespread by Thursday. Friday will be
much cooler, with widespread showers and thunderstorms expected much of the
day. Drier air moves in for the weekend, but cooler temperatures persist.
