For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Warm and dry conditions continue for one more day. Starting Sunday, a
system will move through bringing accumulating mountain snow and valley
rain Sunday morning through Monday afternoon. The heaviest precipitation is
expected Sunday afternoon through early Monday morning  Some uncertainty
remains in the forecast, however, especially with regards to snow levels.
The next system may bring another round of rain and snow midweek.
