...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM MDT /7 PM CDT/ THIS EVENING
THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Colorado, including the following
  area, Cheyenne CO and west central Kansas, including the following
  areas, Gove, Greeley, Logan, Wallace and Wichita.

* WHEN...From 6 PM MDT  /7 PM CDT/ this evening through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - 1-3 inches of rain the past couple nights along with the
    potential for another cluster or two of storms this evening and
    overnight increases the potential for some flooding and even
    flash flooding. Rainfall rates of 1.5 to 2.5 inches per hour is
    possible in the strongest cells.
