The Flood Advisory will expire at 945 PM CDT this evening for
portions of northwest Kansas, including the following areas, Decatur
and Rawlins and southwest Nebraska, including the following areas,
Hitchcock and Red Willow.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT Thursday for
portions of Colorado, Kansas, and southwest Nebraska...
