.DISCUSSION...afternoon relative humidity minimums will be between
30-50% through the end of the week. Widely scattered afternoon and
evening thunderstorms will develop today and Thursday. A cold front
will move through during the day on Friday shifting winds to the
northeast and east. Shower and thunderstorm chances will increase
Friday night as storms move in from Colorado.
Expect fog to develop late tonight and into Thursday morning for
areas along and north of a Wray, Colorado, to Hays, Kansas, line.
The fog may be widespread and dense.
