.DISCUSSION...
Breezy northwest winds over the west half of the Tri-State Area will
decline by sunset. Tonight winds will become from the southwest to
west. Monday winds will turn to the northwest again during the day
from west to east. These winds will be breezy over East Central CO.
Monday night and Tuesday winds will be westerly. Relative humidity
values during the afternoon will be in the low 20s, and winds will be
below warning criteria where humidity values are in the low 20s. Wind
gusts closer to 30 MPH are forecast for the Yuma County area east to
Red Willow County.
