.DISCUSSION...
Currently, winds are out of the southeast around 10-15 mph, with
gusts up to 40 mph. Moist conditions are in place, with relative
humidities 30% or above. Winds will begin shifting around midnight
MDT, until they are out of the southwest around 9 am MDT Monday.
Moist conditions will persist in the long term, with relative
humidities remaining above critical fire weather criteria (>15%).
However, winds are expected to be gusty up to 40 mph again Monday
morning and afternoon. Additionally, thunderstorms are in the
forecast from Monday through the next week, which could initiate
some fires through cloud-to-ground lightning strikes.
