.DISCUSSION...Despite increasingly breezy south-southeasterly winds
along the Colorado border with the western Kansas and Nebraska counties,
peaking as high as 20-30 mph, with gusts to 30-45 mph, tomorrow morning
into tomorrow afternoon, non-critical fire weather conditions prevail
into Tuesday. Minimum afternoon relative humidity values around 45-70
percent on Monday moisten to 60-95 percent, or higher, on Tuesday as
chances of rain spread across the region to a medium to likely (50-90%)
chance.
