.DISCUSSION...
Light easterly winds continue overnight tonight, followed by the
development of patchy fog late tonight into tomorrow morning, likely
bringing visibilities down to 4-6 miles, locally lower.
Following, southeasterly and southerly winds gradually increase from
around 19-23 mph Tuesday through Tuesday tonight to as high as 26-30
mph, with gusts up to 39 mph by Wednesday afternoon. Beginning
tonight, chances of light rain and a few thunderstorms gradually
increase from a low (15-30%) chance to a low to medium (20-50%) chance
by Wednesday afternoon, remaining mostly along/west US-83. Meanwhile,
afternoon minimum relative humidity values range from 50-80 percent
tomorrow and 40-70 percent on Wednesday.
