.DISCUSSION...Relative humidity values continue to range around 20
to 25 percent through the next several hours while northwesterly to
northerly winds near 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph,
gradually decrease throughout the later afternoon and evening hours
as relative humidity improves. Northerly winds become light and
relative humidity increases to near 60 to 65 percent by late tonight.
