.DISCUSSION...Overnight, relative humidity levels increase to near 90
percent while southeasterly winds gradually become southerly, increasing
to as much as much as 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 to 35 mph, or higher,
by early tomorrow afternoon, when relative humidity minimizes near 50 to
55 percent. Following, winds gradually diminish into the overnight hours
as relative humidity re-moistens. Aside from a low (10 to 15%) chance of
spotty light showers, chances of rain increase throughout tomorrow afternoon
to a medium to likely (50 to 70%) chance by late tomorrow night.
