northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

A strong to marginally severe storm is possible today during the
late afternoon and evening hours. Wind gusts between 50 and 60 mph
would be the main threat. Areas that saw heavy rainfall yesterday,
there is a 30% chance of seeing flooding from the storms today.
