This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Light snow and perhaps some freezing drizzle is forecast this morning
which may lead to slick roads and sidewalks. At this time any
freezing drizzle would be favored across mainly southwest Nebraska.
That threat is forecast to end mid morning.

Gusty to strong northwest winds are forecast today with gusts of
40-50 mph. An isolated instance or two of wind gusts up to 60 mph
can`t be ruled out across Yuma, Dundy, or Cheyenne county Kansas.
Strong winds may create difficult travel conditions, especially for
high profile vehicles. Unloaded high profile vehicles driving
perpendicular to the wind may tip over.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

There is a 10-20% chance of fog, perhaps dense, Sunday morning.
Temperatures are forecast to be below freezing which would lead to
freezing fog creating slick surfaces.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Active weather across portions of the Tri-State Area is anticipated.
Spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions.
