This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Scattered thunderstorms anticipated to develop in northeast Colorado
late Thursday afternoon will slowly track eastward into adjacent
portions of Kansas and Nebraska Thursday evening. A few severe
storms capable of producing ping pong ball size hail and wind gusts
in excess of 60 mph are possible. Outflow from storms may lead to
some blowing dust reducing visibility to less than one mile creating
hazardous travel conditions and air quality.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

Another round of strong to severe storms are forecast Friday
afternoon and into the evening. Storms are forecast to begin discrete
with large hail and damaging winds the main threat before congealing
into a cluster with damaging winds the primary threat during the
evening hours.

Late afternoon and evening storms are possible each day through the
weekend. Large hail and damaging winds look to continue to the
primary threats each day.
