            Hitchcock County dispatch confirmed that a
            small fire developed ~7 miles NNW of
            Culbertson around 12:00 pm MDT (1800 UTC),
            near the intersection of Old Highway 17 and
            Road 723. Fire was detected as a NGFS
            hotspot at 12:06 pm MDT (1806 UTC). At 1:05
            pm MDT, Hitchcock County dispatch reported
            that the fire had been extinguished.
