...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Dundy, Hitchcock, and Red Willow Counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If the system sets up further south then the
  winds may be stronger than currently forecast. Conversely if the
  system sets up further north then winds will not be as strong as
  forecast but still remain around 50-55 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.

Fasten loose objects or shelter objects in a safe location prior to
the onset of winds.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
