...RED FLAG WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING FOR WIND
AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 253 AND 254...

Decreasing temperatures and rising dewpoints have resulted in a
rapid increase in relative humidity readings since 8 PM MDT. With
this in mind, the Red Flag Warning will be allowed to expire on
schedule, at 9 PM MDT.

Strong southerly winds will persist through the duration of the
evening, especially in eastern portions of Kit Carson and Cheyenne
counties.
