HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 252...

The National Weather Service in Goodland has cancelled the Fire
Weather Watch.

Fuels are not susceptible to wilfire growth, so the Fire Weather
Watch has been cancelled for Yuma County. However, low humidity
and gusty winds can still be expected this afternoon and early
evening, particularly in southern parts of the county.

EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES
253 AND 254...

The National Weather Service in Goodland has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from noon today to 9 PM MDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch
is no longer in effect.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 253 Kit Carson and 254
  Cheyenne.

* WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or are imminent. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
