...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY IN
EAST CENTRAL COLORADO THROUGH 445 PM MDT...

At 432 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles east of Boyero, or 26 miles south of Flagler, moving northeast
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Cheyenne County in east central Colorado.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
