.DISCUSSION...
Broken line of showers will continue to spread southeast across the
forecast area throughout the day, before coming to an end early
Tuesday morning. Rainfall totals should be held down to 0.25" or less,
although some locations across central Wisconsin could see amounts
between 0.5 and 1".
Much cooler temperatures settle in early this week, with confidence
increasing in a widespread frost or freeze event Tuesday night for
portions of central, north-central, and far northeast Wisconsin. A
killing freeze will be likely in some areas of northern Wisconsin.
Patchy frost will also be possible Wednesday night. Another warm-up
is then expected toward the end of the week, with little to no rain
chances until then.
