Southerly winds ramp up this afternoon, gusting to 20 mph. Rain
chances then increase to 60 to 90% late this evening and overnight.
Periods of rain continue through Wednesday night, bringing total
rainfall amounts between 0.75 and 1". Cooler and drier weather then
settles in Thursday night, lasting into Saturday.
