.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions with hazy sunshine (smoke layer aloft) and
gusty southwest winds expected today. Good burning conditions with
moderately low RH, high mixing heights and excellent smoke dispersion by
midday.

Precipitation timing and amounts: although a few light showers could arrive
as early as daybreak on Tuesday, the steadier/heavier rains should hold off
until late Tuesday morning (11 am). Rainfall totals for the burn area
are expected to be in the 0.50 to 1 inch range.
