.DISCUSSION...Light snow or mixed rain and snow will impact
central and east central Wisconsin today, but precipitation will
remain south of the burn site. Northern Oconto county will see
increasing sunshine this afternoon after mostly cloudy to partly
sunny conditions this morning. Near normal temperatures can be
expected today with minimum afternoon humidity bottoming out
around 40 percent. Light north-northeast winds will veer slightly
to the east around midday before backing to the northeast by late
afternoon.
